Bitter Harvest Full Movie Synopsis:
Bitter Harvest is a historical film based in the famine stricken land of Soviet Ukraine in the early 30’s. The film has as its central characters, two lovers who dare to love despite all the difficulties come their way. They are living in poverty stricken land of Ukraine with their farmer families. As Stalin works towards strengthening the nation, the famine strikes in many parts of the country. Yuri, an artist, works hard to keep his poverty stricken family and her lover safe while at the same time, fighting for the freedom of his country.
