Iddari Lokam Okate is an Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film. The story revolves around the life of two childhood friends named Varsha and Mahi. Mahi is a photographer who cannot live his life to the fullest due to a heart problem while Varsha is his polar opposite, believing she was born to serve a purpose. They both meet after 25 years, get close, and start liking each other. Things fall apart all of a sudden because of a health issue when the couple decides to propose to each other.
