Manto Full Movie Synopsis:
Manto, an Indian biographical drama, is a movie that examines the role of writing and the life of a writer properly. The film is based on the ear-shattering years in the life of Saadat Hasan Manto, a famous Indo-Pakistani Urdu author & writer. Set up during the era of the 40s, the movie reveals a part of Manto’s life affected by India’s independence that led to some of his famous works. From a successful scriptwriter in Bombay to a non-accepted writer in Pakistan, the story entails a difficult part of a writer’s life, who falls to an increased alcoholism after giving some of his prolific works to this world.
