Mary Poppins Returns is an American musical fantasy film set in the depression-era London of 1930s, a period when PL Travers’ original novels were popular. The movie visualizes grown-up Michael and Jane Banks while Michael lives on Cherry Tree Lane with his 3 children and a housekeeper. It is after a personal loss to Michael that the enigmatical nanny, Mary Poppins re-enters the story to spread the missing joy and wonder in the family. Mary Poppins brings with her Jack, the optimistic street lamplighter, and Topsy, her eccentric cousin. Watch how Mary uses her magical skills to help the family recover from the bad time.
