Shoplifters Full Movie Synopsis:
Shoplifters is a Japanese drama film about a poverty-ridden family that relies on shoplifting to make a living after Osamu, a day labourer, loses his job to an ankle injury. On return from one of the usual shoplifting sessions with his son, Osamu observes a small girl left alone in the freezing cold. While they take the girl for dinner and overnight shelter, they soon change their mind to keep her as a part of their family forever when they learn about her journey of hardships. Though they start living a happy life together, an unforeseen incident uncovers some secrets putting their bond to test, and how the family deals with the situation form the rest of the story.
