The Farewell Full Movie Synopsis:
The Farewell is an American comedy-drama film that follows a Chinese family’s attempt to bid farewell to the matriarch of their family. When Zhao Shuzhen is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, the family discovers that she doesn’t have much time left in her life. While the family decides to keep her in the dark and schedules a wedding to help her celebrate with the entire family before her death, her granddaughter Billi returns home despite her parents’ objections. Learning about the family’s decision, Billi struggles to cope with the same. How well the planning goes and how long the family manages to hide the secret forms the rest of the story.
