The Girl in the Spider’s Web is a crime thriller film based on the novel named “The Girl in the Spider’s Web: A New Dragon Tattoo Story” and a sequel to the movie “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”. Featuring the cult figure and the title character of Stieg Larsson’s acclaimed Millennium book series, the movie marks the return of Lisbeth Salander. While Lisbeth, a computer hacker, rescues battered women and launches a revenge on their behalf, she finds herself caught in a web of cyber criminals, spies, and corrupt government officials along with Mikael Blomkvist, a journalist. The movie unravels whether they manage to escape the web or not.
