The Happy Prince is a British biographical drama about Oscar Wilde, a popular Irish poet and playwright. The movie visualizes Wilde’s untold story of the last days of his life that he has spent across Europe after being expelled from his native country. During this time, he observes his own downfall while respecting the difficulties & humor that filled his life with trouble. After gaining popularity for his epigrams and plays across Britain and Ireland, he spends his last days after the downfall traveling through France and Italy, during which he creates his last work, a long poem, before taking his last breath in Paris.
