Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets is an upcoming English Language French science fiction action adventure film. The movie is set in the 28th Century, Valerian and Laureline undertake a mission to Alpha as assigned by the minister of defense where various species from all over the universe has assembled to discuss and share knowledge, interests and culture. At the mid of the Alpha, there is a dark force that threatens to destroy the presence of the City of a Thousand Planets, the two girls must safeguard the future of the Universe.
