Black and Blue is an American action thriller movie. The story revolves around a rookie cop who accidentally captures the murder of a young drug dealer on her body camera. She gets disturbed on realizing that the murder was committed by cops and squad by dirty police officers. After that, she decides to team up with one person from her community who is willing to help her.
