Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark is an American horror film based on a children’s book series by Alvin Schwartz of the same name. The story follows young Sarah Bellows who turned the horrible secrets of the tortures she faced in her life into a book of scary stories. Placed in a mansion in Mill Valley town for generations, the book is discovered by some unsuspecting teens who not only read through the terrifying tales but also start facing the same, one by one. Stumbling upon the spooky house of Sarah, will the teen group be able to escape or die trying?
