Mar Gaye Oye Loko is an Indian Punjabi romantic-comedy that takes viewers to a different world, the world of souls after death. The hilarious case begins when God of Death, Yamdoot, mistakenly takes away the soul of a person other than the one he came for. This, a result of confusion, leads to many more confusions creating a chain of comic acts in the movie. The wrongly taken soul, after reaching heaven, now starts his journey to return to his planet earth to his beloved. After a series of confusions due to the returning soul taking someone else’s body, he manages to marry his love.
